We love talking about our crew members because they are the driving force behind where we are today. We can and will tell you how much we love this business and how dedicated we are to helping you succeed, but until you work with our crews and see them in action it’s all just words. You put a lot of time and care into bringing your productions to life – in turn, we put a lot of time and care into our crews, because when you have a great crew, you have a great production.
Jesse Madison
FOUNDER & CEO
Jesse Madison has worked over 25 years in the broadcast television and corporate video industries.
He has filled various roles for both local and national events including Video Technician, Technical Manager, Crewer, Director of Photography, Motion Control Specialist, Camera Operator and more.
Through all these experiences, he has cultivated an invaluable amount of relationships with many technicians and production companies who are considered to be amongst the best at what they do. Those relationships, coupled with his work experience, is the core reason for Purple Tally Productions' success.
Josh Needham
Co-Owner & CFO
Josh has worked for over 10 years in stadium operations and live events. He’s done everything from managing Corporate shows, operations staff for NFL games, sports broadcast technician, and driving a forklift for six weeks through the 2nd coldest Minnesota winter on record to setup an outdoor College Hockey game.
Through the years, he has moved behind the scenes, bringing his knowledge and expertise to ensure Purple Tally’s payroll operation is one of the best in the industry.

We are project managers, payroll assistants, and teammates committed to bringing your events to life. We are also current or former technicians and can speak to experience and needs of the crews we provide. Based in Minneapolis, MN, we’re used to being let down by our sports teams and never ending road construction.
